Installation Process
With 15 years of experience, Front Line Systems has created installation and conversion processes that keep our clients best interest in mind. Our goal is to reduce your down time as much as possible.
By doing test conversions and development installations, we complete as much work as possible before the new install or conversion goes live. Reporting, forms, and training are all done in advance of a final data conversion. Final conversions are scheduled to be done over a weekend. Our conversion team pulls your data on Friday, uses the notes from your test conversion to successfully upgrade your live database and delivers it complete by Monday.
In most cases you leave on Friday, with the old system in place, and return on Monday to go live with the new system.

On-Going Support
Front Line Systems provides support for any need. Whether you call with a simple question or to tell us your server just crashed, we are here to assist our clients and help you get the most from your system. As your business grows we can show you how to use and expand your system meet those changes.
Although you can get phone support directly from the software vendors, they may not understand your business processes. We work to understand everything about you so that you get answers that fit your business, rather than generic answers from a manual. Most clients find that our “pay as you go” support provides the best year over year value.
